New Features In The 2010 Release
More Locations
The number of locations included in RV Directions 2009 has been expanded from approximately 50,000 to over 77,000.
Moose Lodges
Moose Lodges that provide overnight camping facilities to traveling Moose members have been added to RV Directions. Over 350 such Lodges are now included.
Low Clearance Bridges
Over 300 difficult mountain passes and grades, mostly in the western part of the United States, are included in RV Directions 2009.
Cabela's
54 Bass Pro Shops are now incuded in RV Directions 2010. All of these locations allow overnight RV parking.
Closed Rest Areas
The current economic times have forced several states to close several of their rest areas. We've tried to keep up with this and have indicated which rest areas are closed at this time.
Post Office Locations
Many RV'ers use General Delivery services from the Post Office to receive their mail while on the road.
Hospitals
Many of us have had medical emergencies while on the road.
RV Service Locations
Western Horizon campgrounds and All Campgrounds for Less campgrounds have been added to the number of specific campground affiliations that you can display in RV Directions 2009. This brings the total number of such affiliations to over 30.
Wineries and Vineyards
Visiting a vineyard and sampling their products is always a fun thing to do. And of course, many RV'ers enjoy sharing a glass of wine with their friends as when the sun goes over the yardarm, so we have also included a lot of wineries to help you keep your stock filled with the kind of stuff that you would want to share with your friends.
